There is currently a 2 week lead time for garments though it is likely they will be shipped sooner.

Shipping is free to anywhere in the world. Your garment will be carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. On shipping your order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.



Items can be returned within 30 days of shipping and all sale items within 14 days of receipt. Returns are free from within the UK but from everywhere else, the cost of the return must be paid for by the customer so please check the size guide and submit any questions by emailing before ordering to ensure satisfaction.

Purchases must be returned in their unused, original condition with all Rachael Ford labels and tags attached. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Rachael Ford reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

To return your purchase:

  1. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and shipping box.
  2. Complete the Returns Form and place it in the box.
  3. Attach the Address Label to the outside of the box.
  4. Seal the box securely.
  5. Email Rachael Ford before shipping to inform us of the return. Include your name, address, garment name and the order number and send to:



Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. On receipt of the return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

Please retain your Delivery Note until the refund has been received.



In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order.
